Wexford Food Family – Feast of Wexford Banque

The Wexford Food Family will host their annual Feast of Wexford Banquet on Friday 24th June 2016 at 7pm at a very special marquee venue on the iconic Crescent Quay in Wexford town, between the railway tracks and the Mussel boats in the harbour.

The mouthwatering 5 course dinner menu has been specially developed by renowned and extremely talented Wexford chef Phelim Byrne to present to you the very best of Wexford produce.

This banquet launches the Feast of Wexford food festival and is a unique occasion showcasing and celebrating the foods of Wexford. A showcase of the very best of Wexford Food Producers.

The whole event will take place in two special marquee tents on the iconic quay in Wexford town, along with barbecue pagodas and the Wexford Craft Beer Garden.

The Wexford Food Family Market Stalls will give people the chance to meet the people who make fantastic local foods, sample the goodies and buy them to take home or scoff on the spot.

The Wexford Food Family Kitchen Marquee will see a host of amazingly talented Wexford chefs showing us how they work their magic with a full schedule of cookery demos.

The Wexford Craft Beer Garden will feature our three craft beer brewers and give you the opportunity to enjoy their brews.

On Saturday, June 25th the ‘Float Our Lifeboat Big Barbecue Bash’ will take place on on the Quay in Wexford with fab food and marvellous music.

The Wexford Food Family is a not for profit organisation with over 40 members who are producing some of the best foods in Ireland. The group is dedicated to growing the food industry of County Wexford,
