Wells House & Gardens Opens

A Victorian Garden Party at Wells House & Gardens, Ballyedmond, Gorey saw the house officially opens as one of the county’s newest tourist attractions.


Wells House and Gardens is open to the public from July 1st and owners Sabine & Uli Rosler look forward to meeting local people and tourists and sharing the beauty of this remarkable Victorian house and grounds.  Opening hours are 10am – 8pm, May to September and 11am – 4pm, October to April.  Entry to Wells House of €6 per car applying at the gateSeason tickets are available.

Discover the delights the Gardens and Lady Frances Woodland Walk have to offer; visitors may relax with a stroll through the Victorian Terrace , let off some steam in the adventure playground which features zip wires, swings, slides and climbing frames or make a wish in the Wishing Well.

Enjoy a real life experience in a Victorian Great House through the eyes of lady Frances and the residents of Wells House or relax and enjoy a morning coffee, light lunch or afternoon tea at The Little Kitchen.

The proprietors of Wells House & Gardens, Uli and Sabine Rosler had a vision to share Wells House & Gardens with the people of Wexford and beyond.  Through hard work, determination and the support of Wexford Local Development, Fáilte Ireland, Wexford County Enterprise Board and Wexford County Council this vision has become a reality.
