The Extreme Gravity Forest Park in Gorey is a high adrenalin day out – launch yourself across the parks Zip wires for a fun filled afternoon.
Take to the waves with Freedom Surf School at Carnivan Beach or try out one of their Eco-Walks and Hike for a more chilled out day.
For a battlezone release of energy Delta Force Paintball Games and Laser Tag at Enniscorthy is a complete escape all battled out of gorgeous woodland.
Kilbranish Recreational Area is a favourite for local mountain biking and triathlon clubs. There is a brilliant mix of forest roads and off trail paths with looped walks marked out and a gentle climb involved on the 3km walk.
A gentle kayak trip of the Slaney river could be just the chill out adventure day for replenishing your link with nature – try it all out with Slaney Adventure.
R-One Karting on the Rosslare Road has it sewn up with an exciting 23000 sq foot run for their 270 cc karts!!
If you feel like more of a spectator than partaker take a trip to South East Motor Cross Club in Ferns –the track features all the skilled action of the members on a frequent basis.
Feel like some wind power – Hooked Kite Surfing at Duncannon and Rosslare offer fully instructed Kitesurfing lessons for all abilities.
